Our team leader, Kaylee Cho, is one of the top commercial real estate brokers and developers at Keller Williams Realty Las Vegas/KW Commercial. She has a keen eye for opportunity and a passion for creating value in the world around her. Her work ethic is unrivaled, and she is constantly pushing herself to be better every day. Kaylee’s clients appreciate her dedication to their success, and her colleagues respect her knowledge and expertise.
Born in South Korea, Kaylee grew up in Burbank, California, and moved to Las Vegas in 2012. Graduating from the University of Southern California (USC), she earned a dual Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in investment & financial markets at the Marshall School of Business and Accounting at then Leventhal School of Accounting. After college, she began her career as an external auditor and CPA at an independent accounting firm. The skills she developed in these roles have served her well in negotiating and closing commercial real estate transactions.
Kaylee’s passion for real estate was largely fostered by her mentor, long-time successful Las Vegas real estate developer Bernie Chippoletti. Working alongside Bernie, she learned the ins and outs of development, leasing, build-to-suit, construction management and general commercial brokerage. These experiences provide Kaylee with a broad base of understanding and an ability to address the specific needs of commercial real estate clients.
Kaylee has a long history in the industry and continues to build on her success with each new project. She brings an unwavering dedication and acute attention to detail in all that she does, which has resulted in a long list of satisfied clients and numerous development projects.
Rena Aree is a dedicated commercial real estate agent based in Las Vegas, with experience in the retail, industrial, and office markets. With a background in education and a master’s degree in Learning Design & Technology, Rena brings a unique perspective to her work. She has successfully represented both landlords and tenants, and is actively pursuing her CCIM designation, underscoring her commitment to excellence. Rena is also a member of the CCIM Community Outreach Committee, reflecting her dedication to both her profession and her community.
Born and raised in Las Vegas, Rena’s deep connection to the city fuels her passion for its growth and development. After joining the commercial division at Keller Williams Realty Las Vegas, she met Kaylee Cho, officially forming their dynamic team in early 2024. Together, they have refined their services to focus on seller/landlord representation and development projects they find to be meaningful and beneficial to the community.

Jennifer Burns joined the Kaylee Cho Team as Executive Assistant in February 2023. She brings with her over 20 years of management experience with ten of those being at the executive level.
Jennifer has always been inspired by the arts and at a young age taught herself graphic design which led to an enjoyable “side hustle” of multiple contracts for logo and website design. That side hustle came in handy during the COVID-19 pandemic as it became a primary source of income, keeping the bills paid for her as well as her Cat and Dog. But believe it or not, organization and operational support really are also passions of Jennifer’s. She enjoys problem-solving and ensuring operations are running as smoothly as possible.
Jennifer’s early management years were in retail which quickly moved to food and beverage and catering; always with a strong attention to human resources and operations. A shift to working for a software development company is where it all came together; executive management, human resources, event planning, and operations consultation. And then the pandemic hit and it was time to turn lemons into lemonade! It wasn’t until 2021 that Jennifer decided to be the first of her immediate family to leave Pasadena, California and become a Las Vegas resident. She continued freelance graphic and website design while waiting out the pandemic and beginning the search for the position that ultimately led to the Kaylee Cho Team.
