The Kaylee Cho Team Commercial & Development is here for investors looking to develop property in Las Vegas, North Las Vegas, and Henderson, Nevada. We offer years of experience, along with one-stop comprehensive development services. From preleasing and design, through arranging financing, overseeing construction, and selling, we are with our investors every step of the way.
We can help you identify build-to-suit opportunities throughout the Las Vegas area, and work through rezoning and redevelopment projects. We also help investors with 1031 exchanges, and partner with aggressive investors in order to find and secure land that's ready for development right away.

Kaylee Cho, CCIM
Chief Executive Officer
Our team leader, Kaylee Cho, is one of the top commercial real estate brokers and developers at Keller Williams Realty Las Vegas/KW Commercial. She has a keen eye for opportunity and a passion for creating value in the world around her. Her work ethic is unrivaled, and she is constantly pushing herself to be better every day. Kaylee's clients appreciate her dedication to their success, and her colleagues respect her knowledge and expertise.
Born in South Korea, Kaylee grew up in Burbank, California, and moved to Las Vegas in 2012. Graduating from the University of Southern California (USC), she earned a dual Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in investment & financial markets at the Marshall School of Business and Accounting at then Leventhal School of Accounting. After college, she began her career as an external auditor and CPA at an independent accounting firm. The skills she developed in these roles have served her well in negotiating and closing commercial real estate transactions.
Kaylee's passion for real estate was largely fostered by her mentor, long-time successful Las Vegas real estate developer Bernie Chippoletti. Working alongside Bernie, she learned the ins and outs of development, leasing, build-to-suit, construction management and general commercial brokerage. These experiences provide Kaylee with a broad base of understanding and an ability to address the specific needs of commercial real estate clients.
Kaylee has a long history in the industry and continues to build on her success with each new project. She brings an unwavering dedication and acute attention to detail in all that she does, which has resulted in a long list of satisfied clients and numerous development projects.
